Visiting us in person: Our office is your office. You're welcome to visit us at the SCAA HQ. We designed this new space to be accessible to our members. We do ask that you plan your visit between the hours of 10am - 4pm so that we can provide you with the best possible service, (and give us time to brew some coffee!). If you'd like to schedule a meeting with any of our departments specifically, please give us a call so we can be sure to be here when you arrive.
Emailing & calling us: Have no doubt, your inquiry is very important to us! We strive to reply to all emails and phone calls same day but sometimes that's not always possible due to travel, events or periods of heavy call volume. We do always commit to replying to all inquiries within two business days. If your inquiry is extremely urgent, please call the office phone line at 562-624-4100 during regular office hours to ask for immediate help.
