- Coordinate all signage for annual trade show, including amassing key information and logos, creating copy and ordering, proofing and approving final materials. Use excel and on-line show decorator tool to facilitate.
- Assist with operational areas of events that may include food and beverage, phone & internet security, audio visual, hands-on workshops, etc.
- 2 years event coordination or operations experience in a trade show or conference environment.
- Proficient in excel, word, outlook
- Great organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Position requires some overnight travel
