Our focus on Specialty Coffee means that we understand the need for a superior grind that matches the quality, flavor, and roast of the finest beans. Our grinders support an extensive range of brew methods from French Press to Espresso.

We have a culture of innovation and a constant quest to advance the design and functionality of our products.  A key innovation is the increasingly popular grind-by-weight system, using the Vario-W or the Esatto accessory.  Most recently we won Best New Product at the 2013 SCAA in Boston for the newly introduced Forté grinder.  This is a commercial grade grinder that has the capability of grinding by time or by weight!

Baratza designs the grinders in Seattle. They are built in Taiwan, with precision burrs from Europe, and distributed through an ever-expanding worldwide network.  We are committed to taking care of our customers with hands-on, timely customer service.
